We call you
A short phone conversation so we understand what you are looking for and can answer your questions.

Interview
You visit our Kausa, Mumbra office and meet the team. We are looking for communication and attitude.

Offer & training
If it’s a fit, you join and are trained on the process before taking live work.
What we look for
Being understood matters more than sounding perfect. A conversation only works when both people know what the other means — following what a customer is telling you, and making sure they have followed you, is the real skill.
- Able to hold a conversation in English, and to understand what is being said
- Willing to learn — experience is not required
- Able to work 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM and travel to our Kausa, Mumbra office
