What does an Assistant Manager do?
An Assistant Manager oversees several teams and their Team Leaders. You are responsible for the floor’s overall performance, coaching your TLs, handling escalations, and keeping the operation running smoothly day to day. It is a genuine management role with real responsibility.

- Solid BPO experience, ideally including time as a Team Leader.
- Someone who can hold a whole floor to a standard, not just one team.
- Good judgement, calm under pressure, and genuinely good with people.
