What the work actually is
Most of our hiring is for our BPO operations: you speak with business customers, understand what they need, and help them, recording the conversation in our systems. It is a professional, international process — not hard selling. If you can hold a conversation and you are willing to learn, you can do it.
You won’t be the only woman here
This is the honest reassurance that matters most: a large number of women already work with us. You would not be walking into a room full of men — women are already a normal, valued part of our team, and they manage the shift and the work comfortably. For many families, knowing that other women already work here, without any issue, is exactly the reassurance they are looking for.
The honest part: the shift
We won’t pretend this suits everyone, because the right job is one you can actually sustain. Our main shift runs 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. That is an evening shift that finishes late.
We do not currently provide transport home. Most of the women who work with us live locally in Mumbra, so it is a short trip back — very different from travelling home from an office in Mumbai. The women who already work with us manage this comfortably, mostly because they live locally. It is still worth thinking about your own area and how you would get home — but it is a routine most of our female team handle without difficulty.
If the evening shift isn’t right for you
Not every role here is on that shift. Some of our work — for example parts of our data and quality roles — can be day-shift or, in some cases, remote or hybrid, decided case by case. If a fully evening shift is difficult for you, it is worth telling us at enquiry stage so we can talk about what might fit.
