Inside Success Ladder Solutions, Mumbra: What We Do and Who We Are Hiring

Since 2015, from our office in Kausa, Mumbra, Success Ladder Solutions has grown into three things under one roof: an international contact centre, a digital marketing team, and an overseas-education guidance service. Here is a quick look at each — and, honestly, at the roles we most need to fill right now.

Our contact centre — and why we need good closers

The heart of the company is our voice BPO, working an international (UK) business process. It is warm sales, not cold calling: you speak with customers who are already interested, not a cold list. There are no aggressive, impossible targets — but there is real room to earn, and that is the part experienced salespeople tend to miss.

Here is what makes the maths different. We sell five things to each business customer — electricity, gas, water, waste and broadband. One business can take several of them, so a single sign-up is not one sale, it can be three, four, even five. Your bonus is counted per product, not per customer, and the first bonus tier starts at just four sales — reachable from one or two well-worked customers. Commission is uncapped, and our strongest, smartest closers can do very well, right here in Mumbra, without the daily commute to Mumbai.

Right now, our biggest need is experienced closers and Team Leaders. If you are already good at sales but feel underpaid for it — grinding in real estate for one commission at a time, or stuck on a floor with an impossible monthly target — the numbers here work in your favour. You already do the hard part. You close. We just give you a place where each customer counts several times over.

Who we are hiring:

• Team Leaders — experienced closers ready to lead a small team. Strong basic, plus a performance bonus on your team’s numbers when you hit the target we set together.
• Assistant Managers — for people with solid BPO experience ready to step into management.
• Sales / voice agents — good basic plus uncapped per-product commission.
• Freshers — no experience needed, full training provided.

Digital marketing
