What a Team Leader does day to day

A Team Leader runs a small team of agents on a live voice process. On any given day that means supporting them on calls, stepping in when a conversation gets difficult, listening back to a few calls and giving honest feedback, keeping an eye on the numbers, and keeping everyone on process. You are part coach, part closer, part calm head when the floor is busy.

Crucially, you still understand the sale. The best Team Leaders lead from the front — they can take the phone and show, not just tell. That is why we hire Team Leaders from people who have genuinely closed, not just managed a spreadsheet.

Who it suits

This role is for someone with real BPO or voice-process experience who is ready to lead. If you are the person on your current floor who others already come to for help, who hits their own numbers and then helps someone else hit theirs, you are already doing half the job.

How Team Leaders are paid

Team Leaders get a strong monthly basic, plus a performance bonus tied to the team’s numbers when you hit the target we agree together. It is a genuine step up from an agent’s package, and it rewards you for lifting a whole team, not just yourself. Weekends are off, and the office is in Kausa, Mumbra — close to home, no commute to Mumbai.
