When people think of where India’s outsourcing and services companies are based, they think of the big office parks — Andheri, BKC, Powai, Hyderabad’s HITEC City. They do not think of Mumbra. We think that is exactly the point.
We started here on purpose
Success Ladder Solutions Pvt Ltd began at the end of 2015 with a small office in Mumbra. We did not start in a metro and open a Mumbra branch later. We started here, because the talent was here — and it was travelling out every morning to work for companies an hour and a half away.
The daily commute many people accept
Every weekday, many capable people from Mumbra travel long distances to business districts across Mumbai and Thane for work. Their skills contribute to businesses elsewhere, while much of their time and energy is lost travelling between home and work.
There is nothing wrong with ambition that travels. But it should be a choice, not the only option. For a lot of people, the commute is not a choice — it is simply where the work is.
What we set out to change
Our idea was simple: bring the work to the town. Build a company in Mumbra that does real, professional, international work — and hire locally for it. If someone has the ability to do professional work, distance from the major business districts should not prevent them from accessing the opportunity.

Why it matters for the town
A company that hires locally keeps skill and opportunity closer to the place they come from. When people can work closer to home, they can save commuting time and travel costs, spend more time with their families and participate more fully in the local economy. That is the quiet thing we are trying to do — not just run a business, but give Mumbra a reason to keep and develop its own talent, so that people in Mumbra can begin and develop professional careers closer to home.
What we still believe
We are not claiming to be the biggest company in India. Our story is simpler than that. We chose to build in Mumbra, continued operating here through the challenges of growing a business, and created services and career opportunities from the place where we began. More than ten years later, we still believe Mumbra is worth building in.
